Innovative Partnerships

What is your most innovative partnership? We'd like to hear about it. ED Futures is looking for examples of very creative and innovative partnerships used by ED organizations. For example, the San Diego works border regions in Mexico to co-develop economic development opportunities. Another example are the cooperation agreements Ottawa, Canada has with various cities and regions in the U.S. and elsewhere around the world.
