The Foundation could also consider investing in microenterprise development organizations (mdo), community development financial institutions (cdfi) and community development venture capital orgnaizations (cdvca)in the USA in order to:
Grow new and existing small businesses, and
Pilot test the impact of bringing the mdo/cdfi/cdvca industry to scale in the USA.
