Smart Move: Cross-Training

TREO, the new regional ED group in the Tuscon area has a good idea. The new President, Joe Snell, has an ambition to cross-train everybody to handle all aspects of economic development. This makes sense.

Hopefully Joe's Board will be willing to engage in cross-training as well. Leadership must become better integrated into the work of economic development.
