Choices Define City Greatness

I ran across a fascinating article about Melbourne, Australia. It says that a city's choices define its greatness. How true that really is. The article talks about the importance of culture, arts, architecture, planning and other aspects of city life. We need to think more about the choces we make about our nation's cities.
