Looking for Ideas on Performance Measures

I believe that economic development has a long way to go in becoming more fully performance-based. We are making progress, especially in looking at the work that organizations like the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, the Jacksonville Economic Development Corporation, Enterprise Florida, the San Diego Regional Economic Development Alliance and many others have accomplished in setting and achieving performance-based goals. It is possible.
